ENDOSKELETAL METHOD FOR CORING, SLICING, AND PROPORTIONING SOFT-CORED FRUITS

Business potential

The core capability of our technology was patented in 2007. It is the premier method of coring and slicing apples in the world. It can be seen at www.slicingapples.com. It has generated millions of dollars of income over 16 years.

Our latest international patent filing succeeds the first as the most economic embodiment ever - a machine that is smaller, faster, simpler to operate and half the cost to produce because of its "endoskeletal" method of surgically coring and slicing fruit. Yet at that, it's production throughput exceeds all previous models.

The economy-of-scale for this equipment is, therefore, a perfect fit for: retail grocery chains, restaurants, school systems, government and military institutions, as well as high production produce processors

The new patent is filed in all the major fruit-producing countries of the world, and it is available in each country on an exclusive license to the company that wants to capture the market for "best practice" in coring and slicing apples, oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruit, pears, kiwi, and other soft-cored fruit.

The licensee can purchase equipment from us for resale, or can manufacture the same or equivalent with our technical assistance.

Technical summary

The methods-patent covers all embodiments of any technology whereby the elements of locating, coring, and slicing fruit coterminously (in sequence) are encapsulated in a single cylinder. Technically, this is a major breakthrough in machine design - a rigid system allowing for high-speed production with the least wear and the lowest cost of manufacture.

The patent also includes a method for proportioning sliced fruit wedges into bags of equal weight, a true benefit for produce processors who require high-speed packaging of individual serving sizes. This capability replaces the need for an FFS (form-fill-seal) machine's weigh-scale system.

In summary, a licensee owns the right to commercialize our patented technology in their own country exclusively, as well as in any other country where our patents are not filed.

A full visual description of how the basic technology works, with accompanying photos and process videos, is shown on our website - www.slicingapples.com. The latest patent descriptions and images are not disclosed on the website, they are only available to potential licensees. Please inquire with us directly.

Additional information

In the Upload Picture section is a POS Sheet showing all the capabilities of the new technology and the current suggested retail price in the United States. This POS sheet has not been published commercially, and pricing is subject to change in the US. Licensees can set their own price in their own region, or they may choose to lease the equipment rather than sell the equipment. The Patent Licensee's purchase price is considerably less than shown
